Our Methodology for High-Stakes Executive Advisory
High-stakes advisory is not a productized audit applied uniformly. It is a private, intelligence-led engagement scoped to a single principal. Our methodology is built around five disciplines that sequence measurement, analysis, and protection into a defensible advisory pathway.
Discretion-first intake. Every engagement begins in confidence. There is no marketing-driven scan. A private diagnostic is scoped to the principal’s actual exposure — personal accounts, corporate authority, family footprint, and the trusted third parties who hold their data — before any control is recommended.
Structured assessment. The Executive Trust Assessment quantifies that exposure across five risk domains and reduces it to a single 0–100 Trust Score and a low, medium, or high classification. The score gives boards, family offices, and advisors a shared, comparable language for discussing a risk that is too often left informal.
Intelligence-led analysis. Beyond the score, we map the principal’s effective attack surface — the union of every supplier, intermediary, and public record an adversary can reach. Most executives are compromised through an organization around them, not the organization itself, so this mapping is where the most consequential exposures are found.
Bespoke protection architecture. No two principals receive the same controls. We design proportional, intelligence-grade measures calibrated to the measured exposure and the principal’s operational reality — never more engagement than the risk justifies, never less than the threat demands.
Continuous oversight. Risk is dynamic. The Trust Score is revisited as the principal’s role, footprint, and the threat landscape evolve, so protection remains proportional to present exposure rather than a snapshot of past risk.
